PORCELLO pitched 6 1/3 innings, allowing 3 runs and 6 hits leading the Red Sox to their first victory of the season 5-3 over the Pittsburgh Pirates.

    The hitting star was rookie left fielder, ANDREW BENINTENDI, who hit a three run home run in the bottom of the fifth inning.
