Philadelphia Phillies left fielder and super star, RHYS HOSKINS, hits an RBI double in the third inning against Miami Marlins starting pitcher Trevor Richards. Despite his efforts, the Miami Marlins defeated the Phillies 6-3.

Uploaded here are 5 selected images from today’s Marlins/ Phillies game, won by the Marlins 6-3. The game featured the much-anticipated Phillies debut of JAKE ARRIETA. While ARRIETA had a shaky start, giving upthree runs in the first inning, he settled down and held the Marlins scoreless for the next three innings. ARRIETA left the game after pitching 4 innings and allowing 3 runs on 3 hits with 5 strikeouts. ARRIETA has now allowed 3 or fewer runs in 15 consecutive starts, which ranks his ERA third in the majors, trailing only Washington’s Stephan Strasburg and Cleveland’s Corey Kluber. ARRIETA was not the pitcher of record.
