New York Mets rookie first baseman, Pete Alonso, expresses his excitement after hitting his historic 53rd home run in the third inning off of Atlanta Braves starting pitcher, Mike Foltynewicz. ALONSO broke New York Yankees’ Aaron Judges previous major league record of 52 home runs in a rookie season. The Mets went on to win 3-0.
