  • In a critical point of the game, New York Yankees manager, AARON BOONE, goes out to the mound in the top of the 6th inning unsure whether to take out his starting pitcher JAMES PAXTON with two outs and a runner on base. After a brief meeting on the mound Boone decides to leave PAXTON in the game for the final out. PAXTON delivers by getting Robinson Chirinos to fly out to deep center field in front of the left-field scoreboard. The Yankees went on to win 4-1.

    In one of the most exciting football games in WWP history, Senior JOE POTENZA kicks a 25 yard field goal with 5 minutes remaining  to defeat the Nottingham Northstars 23-20.  This was WWP UNITED’S (WWP SOUTH AND WWP NORTH COMBINED) second victory of the year, having defeated Hightstown High the previous week.

    Also uploaded are several other images including an image of sophomore quarterback SHANE JOHNSON; the WWP defense sacking Nottingham’s quarterback; the WWP captains; and a nice shot of the Homecoming King and Queen.
