Sale recorded another poor performance, pitching 5 innings and allowing 7 hits and 4 runs as the Yankees went on to win 8-0. Sale is now 0-4, his worst start in his career.

    Boston Red Sox woes continue. CHRIS SALE, Red Sox Ace, had another very poor performance, allowing 4 runs, 7 hits, while striking out 6 over 5 innings. SALE is now 0-4, his worst start in his pitching career.

    New York Yankees hitting stars were CLINT FRAZIER, LUKE VOIT, AND LF TAUCHMAN. Red Sox bats were silent with only 3 hits and no runs.

    The Red Sox are now 6-12, one of the worst starts in franchise history.
