I have uploaded seven selected images from today’s New York Mets vs. Chicago Cubs game at citiFIELD won by the Mets 14-3. The Mets swept the Cubs in the four game series, the first time the Mets swept a 4 game series from the Cubs during the regular season since 1985. During this game, Wilmer Flores, who had been batting .244, went 6 for 6, only the second Mets player in history to achieve this feat. (Edgardo Alfonzo did in August 1999 in Houston)
