Judge has 32 home runs at home this season, tying Babe Ruths's team record. Despite his efforts, the Yankees lost 9-6.

Despite a record 51st home run by rookie sensation AARON JUDGE and home runs by three other Yankees( Brett Gardner, Greg Bird, and Aaron Hicks) the Yankees lost to the Tampa Bay Rays 9-6. JUDGE has 32 home runs at home this season, tying Babe Ruth’ s team record. Chants of “MVP” “MVP” “MVP” were heard throughout the stadium every time JUDGE got up to bat.

    The turning point of the game occurred in the top of the fifth inning when Rays outfielder, MALLEX SMITH, scored on a wild pitch by New York Yankees starting pitcher SONNY GRAY. The Rays went on to Score 7 runs in the inning virtually ending the Yankees’ hope for a victory.

    Moreover, the Yankees missed a golden opportunity to move up on the Red Sox who lost to Houston 12-2.
