With less than two minutes remaining, and the Eagles trailing the Texans 29-30, Eagles quarterback, NICK FOLES, was injured on a late hit by Houston’s Jadeveon Clowney. While FOLES appeared severely injured lying on his back for at least 5 minutes, he slowly got up and left the game for one play. Then he returned and led his team down the field to score and win the game and keep their playoff hopes alive.

FOLES threw for a franchise-record 471 yards and four touchdown passes while ZACH ERTZ had 12 catches to break
Jason Whitten’s single season record for tight-ends with 110 catches for the Dallas Cowboys in 2012. ERTZ has 113 catches and has one game remaining.
