    The only bright spot for the New York Giants was the outstanding performance of rookie sensation SAQUON BARKLEY, who ran for 130 yards and scored a touchdown on a spectacular tackle-breaking run on a 55-yard screen pass play in the second quarter. BARKLEY has gained at least 100 yards from scrimmage in each of his first six career games and is a legitimate NFL rookie of the year candidate. Despite his efforts, It is going to be a long season for the New York Giants, who are now 1-5 .

    Stafford completed 15 of 21 passes for 122 yards and two touchdowns. The Lions defense sacked ELI MANNING 5 times, led by defensive end EZEKIEL ANSAH who had 3 sacks alone.
