The Phillies fought valiantly, and in the 9th inning came within one run of tying the game, based on a two run home run by Freddy Galvis.

ARRIETA has now allowed 3 or fewer runs in 15 consecutive starts, which ranks his ERA third in the majors, trailing only Washington’s Stephan Strasburg and Cleveland’s Corey Kluber.
